Starting June 28th, CAQH ProView will present to you a list of practice locations that are not currently in your profile but are included in United Healthcare's provider directories.  You will be required to either accept, and add the listing to your CAQH ProView profile, or reject, and remove the listing from United Healthcare's directory.
