BCBS / BCN Announces...
Effective Jan. 1, 2018, Changes to Provider Data Submissions
Group Change forms will no longer be accepted come Jan. 1, 2018. You must have access to the Provider Enrollment & Change Self-Service tool in order to maintain professional group data and make changes to the group's provider data.
Make sure to get your Addendum G forms into BCBS to gain access.
