Greetings MMBA Expo 2025 Attendee,
On behalf of the Michigan Medical Billers Association, our sponsors, and the Bavarian Inn of Frankenmuth, we want to WELCOME YOU to our 18th Annual MMBA Expo coming up on Thursday, September 18th, 2025!
The Bavarian Inn Lodge is a large establishment. We are including this information to assist you with being in the right place at the right time.
Attached to this email is Expo information, Speaker Handouts, and a map for MMBA Expo and the Bavarian Inn Conference Center.
For Expo Parking: Please park near the “Bavarian Inn Conference Center” entrance, located on the East side of the main hotel parking lot.
MMBA Expo Registration will be located on the FIRST FLOOR of the Conference Center. (See First Floor Image/Information map.)
Once you enter through the “Bavarian Inn Conference Center” doors, you’ll check in at the MMBA Expo Registration Desk at 7:00 AM sharp. Please note: No early access this year in order to give our vendors time to finalize their spaces.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: At 8:30 AM, the Registration Desk will move upstairs to MMBA Headquarters on the second floor.
MMBA Expo Events will take place on the SECOND FLOOR of the Conference Center. (See Second Floor Image/Information map.)
After being greeted at the Registration Desk and receiving your packet, proceed to the SECOND FLOOR by either taking the stairs or the elevator (both located just inside the entrance).
For those staying the night prior to our Expo and checking in on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025:
Hotel check-in begins around 4:00 PM EST.
There is no early Expo registration check-in for overnight guests.
Expo Registration and Breakfast begins at 7:00 AM EST on Thursday, September 18th, 2025.
🥗 Dietary Needs: If you have a dietary requirement, please let us know ASAP via email at info@mmbaonline.org, with the subject line: “MMBA Expo – Special Dietary Needs.” We will have a salad bar available, but if you require additional options or have allergy concerns, please notify us right away.
